Matt Loreman - President
Mr. Loreman is President of Development Capital Resources. Previously, Mr. Loreman served as a Managing Director in Evercore’s Oil & Gas Advisory group in Houston. While at Evercore, Mr. Loreman focused on the upstream space and executed a variety of merger, acquisition, divestiture, capital raising and restructuring transactions. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Loreman worked in the Natural Resources Investment Banking group of J.P. Morgan in Houston. Mr. Loreman advised clients on transactions in a variety of plays and basins including: Delaware Basin, Midland Basin, STACK/SCOOP, Eagle Ford, Bakken, DJ Basin, Marcellus/Utica, Barnett, California, Rockies Gas, Haynesville, GOM and International Offshore. Mr. Loreman is currently serving or has served on the board of directors of privately-held energy companies including DCR Corporate Holdings, ECR Corporate Holdings and Elk Hills Power. Mr. Loreman holds a B.A. in Economics, English and Philosophy from Rice University.
